In March 2019, Sandooq Al Watan hosted Barzatkum, an event designed to honor existing donors and encourage new entities to support sustainable development through social responsibility.

Held at Qasr Al Bahr, the event showcased the organization’s achievements, current programs, and future expectations. The event required a modern design that captured the essence of Sandooq Al Watan’s initiatives and paid homage to the contributions of its sponsors.

Evolution was tasked with creating an experience that celebrated the sizeable contributions by the sponsors while delivering a sophisticated and visually impactful environment.

Deliverables for a Charitable and Prestigious Event

• Designed and executed a main ‘Barza’ area featuring a stage backdrop equipped with advanced AV solutions for seamless presentations.
• Developed a gallery space with an art installation of raindrop-shaped crystal pendants, showing the logos and names of prominent sponsors.
• Conceptualized and built a pledge tree installation with donor logos displayed as leaves, serving as both a visual centerpiece and a call to action for new investors.
• Created a photo backdrop and additional branding elements to enhance the event’s identity and provide engaging photo opportunities for guests.
• Ensured all elements of the event met both aesthetic and functional requirements, balancing elegance and purpose.

Through careful planning and execution, Evolution delivered a visually striking and meaningful event that honored donors, inspired new commitments, and reinforced Sandooq Al Watan’s dedication to sustainable development.
