MAKE IT IN THE EMIRATES FORUM

The second edition of the Make it in the Emirates Forum, held in 2023, was organized by ADNOC in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Department of Economic Development.

Hosted at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, the forum aimed to highlight and support local manufacturing and industrial initiatives, serving as a platform for dialogue, innovation, and development within the sector.

Evolution was tasked with delivering a comprehensive turnkey solution, creating an impactful event experience that aligned with the initiative's objectives and branding.

Deliverables for a Dynamic and Engaging Forum

• Designed the overall event concept, integrating innovative forced perspective content to enhance the visual impact and attendee experience.
• Managed full production and exhibition design, creating a cohesive and engaging environment that supported the forum’s goals.
• Custom-designed an exhibition area tailored to the Make it in the Emirates branding, efficiently accommodating six diamond sponsors and 30 other sponsors in a dynamic layout.
• Designed and delivered the main stage for the conference, along with breakout room stages, ensuring functionality and alignment with the event's theme.
• Created an arrival arch feature that showcased relevant content, offering an engaging entry experience for attendees.
• Provided seamless project execution, ensuring all branding, production, and exhibitor needs were met with precision and creativity.

Evolution’s comprehensive management and innovative approach transformed the Make it in the Emirates Forum into an engaging and visually striking event, effectively showcasing the UAE’s commitment to advancing local manufacturing and industrial development.
