The Evolution team was recently tasked with organizing the official reception ceremony for South Korea's State Visit to the UAE. President Yoon Suk Yeol, and the Korean delegation were welcomed by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and over 1000 UAE dignitaries and guests at Qasr Al Watan The goal of the visit was to strengthen the relationship between the two countries and showcase the culture and heritage of UAE.
The Evolution team was stationed on the grounds of Emirates Palace and was responsible for designing a compound that could house up to 600 animals, including horses and camels, and organizing the traditional camel and horse parade that was a central feature of the ceremony. The team were also tasked with providing accommodation for the carers of the animals, for which large scale tents and cabins were constructed. The ceremony at Qasr Al Watan also featured a variety of cultural performances and displays that highlighted the heritage and history of the UAE. Evolution worked within strict protocol and security frameworks while seamlessly coordinating complex, multi-layered logistical and ceremonial elements. The success of the ceremony was made possible by the outstanding coordination and hard work of the Evolution’s production and design teams. |
