At the World Government Summit held from February 13–15, 2023, at Madinat Jumeirah, the UAE Food Bank launched its new strategy, emphasizing the reduction of food waste and expanding its global reach.

Evolution was entrusted with designing and delivering an interactive and visually compelling stand to communicate the UAE Food Bank’s strategic pillars, achievements, and future goals.

The stand’s innovative design integrated technology and symbolism, creating a powerful visual narrative that highlighted the organization’s mission. Evolution crafted an engaging and interactive experience that captured the attention of summit attendees and inspired action.

Innovative Stand Design and Interactive Elements

• Designed and built the ‘Doors of the Future’, two symbolic installations:
  • The ‘Food Industry Door’, representing the UAE Food Bank’s success in reducing food waste within the food industry and manufacturing sectors.
  • The ‘Global Door’, symbolizing the organization’s aspiration to broaden its impact worldwide.
• Installed a central screen to present the UAE Food Bank’s future plans and provide interactive opportunities for attendees to donate or volunteer.
• Created a visually compelling narrative that showcased the organization’s achievements and strategic goals, driving awareness and engagement.
• Integrated modern design elements and technology to create an immersive and impactful visitor experience.
