ABU DHABI AWARDS: MEDIA LAUNCH EVENT

The Abu Dhabi Awards organizing committee hosted the Media Launch Event on August 31, 2022, at the Youth Hub in Abu Dhabi.

This gathering aimed to brief media representatives, influencers, and community leaders on upcoming initiatives for the Abu Dhabi Awards re-launch phase. The event also encouraged attendees to engage in acts of kindness and nominate deserving individuals for the awards.

Evolution was tasked with conceptualizing and designing a versatile event space that seamlessly supported media interactions, workshops, and the main launch event. The space needed to foster creativity and active participation while delivering a cohesive and visually engaging experience for attendees.

Creative Event Branding and Interactive Space Design

• Developed a comprehensive event brand, ensuring a cohesive visual identity throughout the venue.
• Designed and installed scenic elements tailored to specific areas, including:
  • Custom-made signage and backdrops for media interviews.
  • Pottery and planting workshops that encouraged hands-on participation.
  • A children’s corner designed to engage younger attendees in creative activities.
• Created setups that balanced functionality and aesthetics, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the event.
• Ensured each area was tailored to its purpose, contributing to an engaging and impactful event experience.

The Abu Dhabi Awards Media Launch Event successfully captured the spirit of the awards, inspiring attendees to participate in its mission of recognizing good deeds.
