The Abu Dhabi Dream Ball, founded by ITP Media Group and Sawtouna, is a charitable event aimed at promoting voluntarism, empowering women and children, and supporting meaningful causes through philanthropy and leadership.

Held in 2020, the event required an elegant setup that reflected its significance while adhering to budget constraints due to its charitable nature.

Evolution was entrusted with delivering a stylish and functional event setup that catered to all stakeholders involved. By blending creativity and practicality, Evolution created an atmosphere that elevated the event’s purpose and guest experience.

Elegant Event Design and Thoughtful Execution

• Provided full furniture setup and table décor in the ballroom, featuring a sophisticated Art Deco style.
• Designed a table setup with sparkling golden overlays and white pampas grass centerpieces placed in themed vases, complemented by bespoke napkin rings for an elegant touch.
• Arranged the pre-function area to welcome guests and serve as the main media zone, complete with red carpets, media walls, and a gallery of auction items.
• Set up the outdoor and indoor gallery elements, ensuring a cohesive and seamless event experience across all spaces.
• Worked closely with multiple stakeholders to meet all event requirements while adhering to the budget constraints of the charitable initiative.
