• Designed and managed multiple key areas, including:
  • Forum spaces for opening speeches and panel discussions in the Auditorium.
  • Workshop and keynote spaces in the Theater, offering dynamic and collaborative settings.
  • Tourism Data Lab, BI Booths, and Infographic walls for data presentations and interactive learning.
  • Networking spaces to foster connections among industry stakeholders.
• Coordinated guest registration and managed logistics for speakers, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
• Provided catering and entertainment services, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Delivered a high-quality production and setup within a tight timeline, ensuring efficient execution across all areas.
