On March 28, 2021, the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Data Analytics Forum was hosted virtually by the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT).

The forum aimed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge on the latest trends in the tourism industry, explore data analytics, and investigate innovative methodologies. The event brought together speakers from across the globe to provide insights and actionable information for sector experts, all within a secure and innovative virtual environment.

Evolution played a key role in designing and delivering a virtual event experience that met DCT's security requirements while engaging the audience through advanced digital and interactive solutions.

Innovative Virtual Event Production

• Designed and delivered a CGI stage that gave the virtual audience the impression of attending a real space, enhancing the visual experience.
• Live broadcasted the MC from a green studio and seamlessly integrated them into a 3D virtual environment, creating an immersive setting.
• Enabled global participation by hosting speakers via Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth integration into the virtual event.
• Developed an interactive event portal functioning as a microsite for guest registration, event information access, and live broadcasting.
• Designed an interactive website interface allowing guests to ask questions, participate in live polls, and engage dynamically with the content.
