In October 2022, DMG Events, in collaboration with ADNOC, hosted the 12th edition of the ADIPEC Awards at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.

The prestigious event celebrated regional and international businesses and individuals shaping the future of the energy sector. Welcoming over 600 attendees, the evening required a platform that was as impactful and engaging as the awardees it recognized, setting the tone for an evening of distinction and excellence.

Evolution was entrusted with the design and production of the event, creating an environment that reflected the importance of the awards while enhancing the guest experience. The scope included everything from stage design and AVL equipment to pre-function elements and immersive visuals, ensuring a seamless and memorable evening.

Dynamic Stage Design and Immersive Event Production

• Designed and produced a 42m wide main stage with custom scenic elements and programmable lighting to create a striking visual experience.
• Delivered programmable table centerpieces that synchronized with the event theme and branding.
• Provided advanced AVL equipment and created custom screen content animations and videos to enhance the storytelling and branding opportunities.
• Developed a pre-function area showcasing nominees for each award category, complete with photo backdrop walls for attendees.
• Integrated scenic elements on the main stage, including multiple screens and a circular branding screen behind the lectern for cohesive visuals.
• Supplied photo and video coverage to document and celebrate the event highlights.

The 12th ADIPEC Awards successfully delivered an evening of prestige and celebration, blending innovative design with technical precision.
