In December 2021, ADNOC Group celebrated its Jubilee and UAE National Day with a full-day event for employees and their families.

The event commemorated ADNOC’s significant milestones while embracing the spirit of the national holiday. Designed to inspire and celebrate, the event featured a range of bespoke installations and activities that highlighted ADNOC’s legacy and its vision for the future.

Evolution was entrusted with designing and delivering a series of impactful scenic installations and branded elements that elevated the celebratory atmosphere. By blending creativity with precision, Evolution ensured the event reflected both ADNOC’s achievements and the national pride of the UAE.

Bespoke Scenic Installations for a Commemorative Celebration

• Designed and installed a gallery showcasing the 50 most inspiring employee stories, celebrating ADNOC’s workforce and achievements.
• Produced a supersized hashtag “#50more” as a focal point for the event, symbolizing ADNOC’s vision for the future.
• Created a branded wall featuring UAE flag-colored helmets, paying tribute to ADNOC’s field practices and the national holiday.
• Developed and managed a Pledge booth synchronized with eight ADNOC locations, fostering unity and engagement across the company.

The ADNOC Jubilee and UAE National Day Celebration successfully blended innovation, national pride, and employee recognition.
