The Abu Dhabi Tourism & Data Analytics Forum serves as an annual meeting for the local tourism industry to share insights and data on trends, aiming to engage stakeholders and explore innovative methodologies.
Evolution was tasked by the Department of Culture and Tourism to curate this edition of the Tourism & Data Analytics Forum, focusing on creating an event identity, theme, and managing design and production aspects. This encompassed key areas like the Forum, Workshop, and Networking spaces, along with overseeing the Tourism Data Lab, Bi Booths & Infographic walls, guest registration, speaker coordination, catering, and entertainment. Forum sessions and workshops occurred simultaneously in two areas of MAS, with the Auditorium hosting the opening speech and main panel discussions, and the Theater accommodating workshops and keynote sessions. Despite a tight timeline, the production and setup were efficiently executed and positive feedback post-event affirmed this successful collaboration. |
