The Abu Dhabi Dream Ball was founded by ITP Media Group and Sawtouna, a group of women in Abu Dhabi committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women & children and supporting meaningful charitable causes through effective action and philanthropic leadership.
Our client was looking for a trusted event supplier who could source and build event elements within their limited budget due to the charitable nature of the event. We were required to work closely with multiple existing clients to meet the requirements of all involved parties. Evolution provided full furniture setup and table décor in the ballroom, as well as arranging all gallery and pre-function event elements for the indoor and outdoor elements. The main Ballroom pre-function area was setup for the guest's arrival and served as a main media area, where all media shots were taken. Multiple walls and red carpet were arranged in that area, as well as a gallery of the auction items. The ballroom setup was done in Art deco style, complimented by a suitable furniture selection. Each table was overlaid with a sparkling golden overlay. The centerpiece included white pampas grass in different heights placed within a themed vase. Bespoke napkin rings added a nice elegant touch to the table setup.
