For Dubai Summer Surprises, Evolution partnered with Energie Entertainment to deliver a unique series of events under the name of "Gahwa Beats" in 5 different locations: ToDA, Sky View Observatory, Dubai Mall Ice Rink, Roxy Cinemas Jumeirah, and Deep Dive Dubai.
The series of events focused on creating visually functional elements that would serve as focal points for both hospitality services and entertainment. The scope included the fabrication of three custom counters — two that are designated for a coffee station and another to house the DJ setup, in addition to photo opportunity booth. All elements were finished with applied event branding to ensure consistency with the overall visual identity of Dubai Summer Surprises. The branded surfaces not only provided functional workspaces but also acted as key touchpoints for guest engagement. In addition to the scenic fabrication, Evolution provided a full DJ deck hire, ensuring that all technical requirements for music and entertainment were covered. The integration of custom scenic elements with professional-grade technical equipment delivered a complete solution for the event.
