E1 ELECTRIC RACE BOAT CHAMPIONSHIP

E1 is the world’s first electric race boat championship, sanctioned by the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM), the global governing body for powerboating.

Established to revolutionize on-water racing with clean technologies, the championship aims to protect waters and coastal areas while delivering a competitive, electrifying event. For the Jeddah leg of the championship, scheduled for January 22, 2025, Evolution was engaged by STAMINA Productions to oversee project management and deliver turnkey production services, including AVL systems, site services, and FF&E.

Creative Production Solutions and Expert Event Coordination

Delivered cutting-edge AVL systems, including audio, video, and lighting solutions, tailored to the event’s unique requirements.
Provided comprehensive site services, including power distribution, cabling, and infrastructure management, to ensure smooth event operations.
Designed, supplied, and installed Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) to create functional and visually cohesive event spaces.
Collaborated closely with E1, MOS, and SWSDF stakeholders to align all production elements and achieve a seamless integration of creative and operational objectives.
Working closely with key stakeholders, all technical, logistical, and operational needs were meticulously aligned. Turnkey AVL systems and site services were delivered to meet the unique demands of the championship, while FF&E logistics were expertly managed to create a cohesive and functional event environment.

The Jeddah championship was a resounding success, blending the innovative vision of electric racing with seamless event production.
