ADNOC hosted its annual Emirati Women’s Day celebration on August 28, 2019, at Manarat Al Saadiyat under the theme "Create, Communicate, Collaborate." The event aimed to honor the multifaceted roles of Emirati women, celebrating their contributions to family, personal interests, and professional achievements.

With over 1,000 attendees, including ADNOC senior management, the event required a creative design that aligned with its purpose, stood out from ADNOC’s traditional branding, and used a vibrant color palette of green, yellow, and red.

Evolution was entrusted with transforming the venue into an engaging and dynamic space, delivering a design that was professional, visually striking, and aligned with the celebratory nature of the event. The team incorporated a variety of experiential and interactive elements to captivate attendees and create a memorable celebration.

Dynamic Event Design and Experiential Activations

• Designed and built a gallery showcasing employees' hobbies, celebrating their personal achievements and interests.
• Constructed a replica of ADNOC’s petrol stations, creating an engaging visual centerpiece.
• Delivered multiple activation stages, including a quiz, workshops, a social media wall, and photo opportunities.
• Enhanced the venue with playful experiential touches, such as floor stickers, mirror decals, and branded ice-cream cups.
• Provided a comprehensive event setup that balanced professionalism with vibrant design to engage a diverse audience.
