On August 28, 2023, ADNOC celebrated Emirati Women’s Day at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center and Al Dhannah, highlighting the theme ‘We Collaborate for Tomorrow.’

The annual event recognized the contributions of Emirati women within ADNOC and society at large, fostering collaboration and empowerment through thoughtfully curated activities and programs.

For the fourth consecutive year, Evolution was entrusted with conceptualizing and delivering the event, ensuring a seamless experience that blended creativity, innovation, and functionality.

Comprehensive Event Design and Show Production

• Designed and produced event elements across both locations, including:
  • Stage design and décor to create a professional yet celebratory atmosphere.
  • Engaging activations such as the ‘Bead of Excellence’ workshop and interactive photo booths to encourage participation and networking.
  • Creative food & beverage concepts that complemented the event's theme.
• Managed content and show production, including content management and showcalling, ensuring a cohesive flow of activities across both locations.
• Delivered all technical equipment to support presentations, workshops, and interactive elements.
• Facilitated meaningful dialogue and collaboration through thoughtfully designed networking sessions and workshops.
