EY approached Evolution to design and deliver an innovative and sustainable exhibition stand for COP28 at Expo City, Dubai.

The stand needed to reflect EY's commitment to environmental responsibility while meeting the aesthetic and functional demands of a high-profile international conference.

​Working within a tight timeframe, Evolution designed and built a fully recyclable stand featuring modular components to ensure minimal waste. A standout feature was an immersive room where an environmental video was brought to life using Ventuz technology and L-Acoustics audio for a powerful, engaging experience.

Sustainable Exhibition Design and Immersive Experiences

• Developed the concept and design for a fully recyclable and eco-friendly stand, built with modular components to minimize waste.
• Constructed the stand using sustainable materials, with strategies for reuse or recycling post-event.
• Delivered an immersive room experience featuring multiple screens, Ventuz-controlled environmental content, and L-Acoustics audio for impactful storytelling.
• Installed digital signage and presentation screens seamlessly integrated into the immersive environment.
• Provided lighting solutions for the stand perimeter and main speech area, as well as audio for ambient music.
• Managed logistics, including securing permits for Expo access during COP28.
