THE FOUNDER'S MEMORIAL LAUNCH

The grand opening of The Founder’s Memorial was an elegant and highly significant event, requiring a bespoke venue solution to accommodate VVIP male and female guests.

Multiple large temporary structures were designed and fitted out to the highest standards, blending functionality and cultural inspiration.

Evolution worked closely with the client to develop a design that harmonized with the Memorial's purpose, incorporating elements that reflected Sheikh Zayed’s legacy while creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Bespoke Venue Design and Premium Execution

• Installed two temporary marquee structures, each clad with a 10m-high branded scaffolding wall featuring a unique wooden backlit linear mashrabiya panelling system. The mashrabiya design extended to the Grand Entrance, providing a thematic preview of the interior design.
• Developed a unified internal and external venue design, balancing cultural inspiration with modern functionality. This collaborative effort involved nearly 20 stakeholders in producing the Sheikhat Majlis.
• Utilized Electra’s I-Novation structure, a 40m x 25m x 8m aluminum truss rafter system, offering a 1,000m² covered floor area with a fabric roof designed to drain water efficiently during heavy rain.
• Created a 50m custom-built sloping ramp for guest arrival, ensuring a grand and accessible entrance experience.
• Designed the Majlis interior with grand 5.3m x 3.2m CNC freestanding panels featuring intricate patterns and custom white spray finishes. These panels were paired with large-scale prints of never-before-seen photos of Sheikh Zayed, acting as natural yet spacious room dividers.
• Enhanced the ambiance with custom lighting designs that cast dappled shadows across the CNC patterns, adding depth and highlighting the bold imagery and custom-built white furniture.

The Founder’s Memorial Launch was a landmark event that honored Sheikh Zayed’s legacy with sophistication and cultural authenticity.

Evolution’s attention to detail and innovative solutions ensured a flawless experience, creating a venue that reflected the importance of the occasion.
