For National Day 2019, Evolution was entrusted with developing a meaningful and original concept for the Founders Memorial that paid homage to Sheikh Zayed while fostering a deep connection with the memorial site.

The activation aimed to create an inclusive atmosphere for the public, blending design and interactive elements to honor the significance of the occasion.

Evolution collaborated with its in-house design team to deliver an innovative activation inspired by the aesthetic elements, materials, and finishes of the memorial. The month-long activation combined creativity, cultural respect, and guest engagement to create a truly memorable experience.

Innovative Activation Design and Thoughtful Execution

• Designed and produced a custom activation that drew inspiration from the Founders Memorial’s aesthetic, creating an experience that resonated with its humble elegance.
• Crafted elegant, minimalistic wooden planting boxes to complement the site's refined ambiance, tying the activation to the memorial's architectural language.
• Managed guest engagement and operational support for the relocation of Ghaf trees, incorporating them into the activation’s interactive elements.
• Delivered a highly inclusive and interactive experience, ensuring the activation was meaningful and accessible to the public throughout its month-long run.
