Ras Al Khaimah, 2021

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and in partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), the Global Citizen Forum brought together celebrities and global leaders to explore the theme of "The Future in Motion." The event, held at the Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Ras Al Khaimah, featured a two-day conference culminating in a Gala Dinner on the final evening.

Evolution was engaged to provide scenic design, technical solutions, and event coordination to elevate the experience for high-profile attendees. The scope of work included creating a visually stunning environment that complemented the forum’s aspirational theme, ensuring seamless integration of technical elements, and managing the event's complex logistics.

From the conference sessions to the glamorous Gala Dinner, Evolution delivered solutions tailored to the event’s unique requirements.
