HUMAN FRATERNITY MEETING

Abu Dhabi, 2019

The Human Fraternity Meeting, held at The Founder's Memorial in February 2019, was a historic event during the three-day visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to Abu Dhabi.

This landmark occasion centered around the signing of the Accord of Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Ahmad Al-Tayyeb.

The event was attended by over 700 multi-faith representatives, including His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and members of the UAE royal family, and was broadcast internationally.

Comprehensive Planning and Seamless Execution
Evolution collaborated closely with Done and Dusted and the TFM facilities team to ensure flawless delivery on an accelerated timeline. The scope of work included:

• Detailed venue planning, merging build drawings, 3D models, lighting designs, and site plans to provide a comprehensive understanding of:
  • Guest access points for dignitaries and the public.
  • Viewing angles for attendees and international media coverage.
  • Optimal camera angles for live broadcasts.
• Solution-focused approach: Evolution prioritized presenting solutions that could be implemented within the limited time frame, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Deployed the entire project team on-site during the build-up phase to minimize response times and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
