In March 2023, the Ministry of Economy hosted the second edition of Investopia at the Hilton in Abu Dhabi. This high-profile two-day event brought together over 1,400 attendees, including industry leaders and policymakers, to foster collaboration and explore investment opportunities.

The event required comprehensive design, production, and on-site management to create a dynamic and engaging environment across multiple stages and settings, culminating in a gala dinner on the Hilton’s outdoor terrace.

Evolution was entrusted with delivering a seamless and impactful experience, from concept design to execution. The project involved managing three distinct stages, producing custom scenic and multimedia elements, and integrating interactive areas to support networking and discussions.

Dynamic Event Production and Integrated Stage Design

• Designed and produced the main stage with a 21-meter-wide screen and a circular scenic element featuring programmable lighting to create a visually impactful centerpiece.
• Set up two additional stages for breakout sessions and press conferences, ensuring functionality and aesthetic consistency.
• Designed and built a custom B2B area with 35 individual meeting booths to facilitate one-on-one interactions.
• Produced a pre-function area featuring TV studios and branding for interviews and promotional content.
• Delivered an elegant setup for the gala dinner on the Hilton’s outdoor terrace, combining ambient lighting and tailored scenic elements.
• Created an opening film and multimedia content to enhance the event’s storytelling and theme.

Investopia 2023 successfully combined innovation, collaboration, and high-quality design, delivering a world-class platform for investment dialogue.
