Working with the Ministry of Economy, Evolution Production provided a full turn-key solution to host the second edition of Investopia, including the concept design, production of all elements and management on site.
Taking place at the Hilton in Abu Dhabi, the event welcomed over 1,400 attendees over two days. The pre-function area featured two fully enclosed TV studios and branding throughout including outside branding. An opening film was created to show at the beginning of the event, introducing the audience to Investopia. The event featured three stages: the main stage featured a 21m wide screen with a circular scenic element behind the podium with programmable lighting; a breakout stage with a circular stage and branding; and a stage for press conferences and MOU signings. A 1-to-1 B2B meeting area was also created for which a custom designed space enclosed 35 individual meeting booths. The event also included the production of a gala dinner held on the outdoor terrace of the Hilton, which included a stage and instagrammable feature, with entertainment throughout.
