MAKE IT IN THE EMIRATES

In 2022, ADNOC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Department of Economic Development, hosted the Make it in the Emirates investment forum at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center.

This two-day event brought together over 1,000 attendees, including local and international investors and manufacturers, to showcase the UAE’s manufacturing potential. The event required a visually engaging and functional exhibition setup to highlight key participants while accommodating various activities in multiple zones.

Evolution’s primary focus was the design and construction of over 24 bespoke exhibition stands, each tailored to reflect the brands and industries represented. These builds served as the backbone of the forum, providing a dynamic platform for exhibitors to engage with visitors and share insights. In addition, Evolution delivered a striking main stage and supporting zones that tied the event together with seamless coordination and impactful visuals.

Bespoke Exhibition Builds and Seamless Event Integration

Designed and built over 24 customized exhibition stands, showcasing diverse brands and industries with creativity and precision.

Produced a visually striking main stage to host keynote speeches and official ceremonies, enhancing the event’s gravitas.
Created panel discussion areas and a signing zone for high-profile agreements, including 32 Memoranda of Understanding signed during the event.
Managed AVL equipment to deliver high-quality audio, video, and lighting experiences across all zones.
Provided comprehensive guest registration solutions, catering services, and photo and video coverage to capture event highlights.

The Make it in the Emirates forum was a major success, facilitating investment opportunities and collaboration among local and international stakeholders.
