The 7th Edition of the Marsh Biennial Energy Industry Conference brought together over 560 participants from 50 countries, making it the largest international energy risk gathering.

Hosted in 2018, the event took place at The Westin for the main conference and Emirates Towers for an exclusive dinner. The conference aimed to foster interaction and communication among attendees while maintaining a sophisticated and engaging environment.

• Designed and implemented Marsh’s custom ‘Pop-Up Café,’ featuring a specialized coffee bar and a branded coffee truck to enhance guest interaction.
• Created a ‘Cyber Lounge’ and a ‘Mobile App Helpdesk’ to assist delegates and encourage engagement with event technology.
• Provided furniture, collateral, program books, and branded giveaways to elevate the guest experience.
• Managed registration services for over 560 participants, ensuring a smooth and professional check-in process.
• Handled video recordings and photography to capture key moments across all three days of the conference and workshops.
