MEDEEM LAUNCH EVENT

The Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi hosted the Medeem Card Launch Event in collaboration with Fazaa at the prestigious Erth Hotel.

This initiative aims to support Emirati youth preparing for marriage, fostering social solidarity and enhancing the quality of life in the UAE. With over 100 attendees from various sectors, the event provided a high-profile platform to introduce this impactful program.

Evolution was entrusted with designing and delivering a multifaceted event that combined innovation, elegance, and functionality to effectively engage attendees and highlight the Medeem Card’s benefits.

Comprehensive Event Design and Execution

• Designed and installed three distinct stages:
  • A main stage featuring a 4.5-meter-wide screen as the centerpiece for key proceedings, including press conferences and the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Screens and spaces dedicated to showcasing the Wedding Calculator, an interactive tool allowing visitors to calculate their wedding expenses, providing a personalized and engaging experience.
• Delivered a cohesive event design that reflected the importance of the initiative while maintaining an elegant and professional atmosphere.
• Integrated advanced AV solutions to support presentations, media coverage, and interactive elements seamlessly.
• Managed the overall event flow, ensuring smooth coordination and a high-quality experience for attendees.

The Medeem Launch Event was a resounding success, highlighting the initiative’s innovative approach to supporting Emirati youth while creating a meaningful and engaging experience for all participants.
