Evolution took the helm for the exhilarating Monster Truck Jam at LIWA Abu Dhabi in late 2023. This grand spectacle spanned two action-packed days, drawing a full-house crowd of 16,000 enthusiasts to a vast 90,000-square-meter venue.
Our role was comprehensive and pivotal to the event's success: •Infrastructure: We supplied essential power solutions with generators and cabling, while tower lighting illuminated the venue. Our scaffolding grandstands accommodated over 4,000 attendees, offering prime views of the high-octane action. •Facilities: Ensuring attendee comfort, we installed toilet and sleeping cabins, and erected multiple tent structures to cater to various operational needs. Onsite buggies were deployed for efficient transportation across the expansive site. •Specialized Support: Catering to the unique needs of the monster trucks, we provided essential oils and chemicals vital for their performance and maintenance. •VIP Experience: Recognizing the importance of distinguished guests, we designed, built, and outfitted an exclusive VIP structure tailored for H.E. and other VIPs, enhancing their viewing experience with premium amenities. The Monster Truck Jam event was a resounding success, seamlessly executed by Evolution's dedicated team. Our meticulous planning, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence ensured an unforgettable experience for all attendees, setting a new benchmark for entertainment events in the region. |
