In it’s 2019 edition, Culture Summit was attended by 450 delegates from 90 countries. The theme of this year’s program was Cultural Responsibility & New Technology. A series of panels, performances and workshops throughout the event engaged participants on their ideas about the role of culture in improving our world.
The event was held at Manarat Al Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi and consisted of daily sessions, workshops, lunch and four gala dinners across Abu Dhabi’s iconic locations like the Manarat Al Saadiyat, cultural foundation, the louvre and the Saadiyat Islands. Evolution’s production, design and scenic teams worked on an event design which would be elegant, brand specific, dynamic and most importantly complement the architecture of each venue. We increased the size of our delivery team to ensure a smooth delivery. Keeping in mind all venue HSE, Protocol and other restrictions, Evolution was able to deliver a stunning event for Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Dept. and an exceptional experience to the guests attending the Summit. Evolution provided the overall event production, design, staging, branding, furniture, collaterals and scenic services for the event for the overall organiser Hala. |
