Marsh was looking to appoint an event agency who would work with their event venue for the 7th Edition of their Biennial conference. The event needed to boost interaction and communication among the guests. The atmosphere should be elegant, grand and creative. Attention to detail was very crucial in all aspects of the planning.
Evolution provided the overall event management services for the main conference & multiple breakout rooms at the Westin and for the dinner at Emirates Towers. Our scope of work included all branding, design, stage, technical, scenic, furniture, collateral, program books & giveaways. In addition to the registration services for the delegates, feature elements like Marsh’s custom Pop-Up Café with a specialized coffee bar & coffee truck was setup along with a Cyber Lounge and Mobile App helpdesk to assist delegates during the event. Overall video recordings and photography of all 3 days of the conference and workshops was provided to the client for future use. |
