The client’s brief was to provide scenic services for the designs developed by the Client. Evolution Events was appointed to build the registration area and stage in Atlantis. The overall timeline consisted of a setup and dismantle within the same day. In addition, the Client requested Evolution to manage a setup to the gala dinner held in the Armani Restaurant.
A two-day event consisting of a one-day conference and a traditional gala dinner brought together the 100 most active Roche representatives from all over the world in Dubai on the 3rd and 4th of February 2020. Roche announced the company's 2019 results and awarded the best performing partners. |
