Culture Summit Abu Dhabi is a forum that convenes leaders from the fields of the arts, heritage, media, museums, public policy and technology, to identify ways in which culture can build bridges and promote positive change. In it’s 2019 edition, Culture Summit was attended by 450 delegates from 90 countries. The theme of this year’s program was Cultural Responsibility & New Technology. A series of panels, performances and workshops throughout the event engaged participants on their ideas about the role of culture in improving our world.
Evolution provided the overall production support for Hala (the lead event management agency) including design, staging, branding, furniture, collaterals and scenic services for the event that was held at Manarat Al Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi and consisted of daily sessions, workshops, lunch and four gala dinners across Abu Dhabi’s iconic locations like Manarat Al Saadiyat, cultural foundation, louvre and Saadiyat Islands. Evolution’s production, design and scenic teams worked on an event design which would be elegant, brand specific, dynamic and most importantly complement the architecture of each venue. We increased the size of our delivery team to ensure a smooth delivery, keeping in mind all venue HSE, Protocol and other restrictions.
