Evolution Events delivered full production, logistics, and performer management across three venues in Abu Dhabi for the state visit of U.S. President Donald Trump.

From ceremonial show direction to large-scale infrastructure, the project required coordinated operations across Emirates Palace, Zayed Airport, and Qasr Al Watan.

Production, Performer Support & Venue Infrastructure

• Back of House Facility – Constructed a large-scale BOH area at Emirates    Palace for over 800 performers and 250 animals, featuring tented structures and separate zones for horses and camels.
• Arrival Ceremony – Produced a traditional Emirati performance at Zayed Airport, timed to coincide with the presidential arrival and official welcome.
• Grand Procession Management – Coordinated and staged a ceremonial procession at Qasr Al Watan with 125 horses and 125 camels along the presidential route.
• Cultural Showcase – Directed a live cultural performance featuring more than 1,000 performers to welcome the President at the palace entrance.
• Stage Management – Delivered full cueing, timing, and live management across all event phases and locations.
• Coordinated Execution Across Three Landmark Venues

This multi-venue state event combined high-level ceremony, large-scale performer logistics, and tight operational timelines.

Evolution Events managed all show elements, site infrastructure, and ceremonial coordination to ensure a smooth and dignified delivery for this significant diplomatic occasion.
