The grand opening of the Atlantis The Royal on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah was a highly-anticipated event that took place from January 20th to 22nd, 2023. Evolution Live Event Management was tasked with overseeing the planning and execution of the invite-only mega-event, which featured VIP guests and A-list celebrities.
Despite facing multiple delays and changes in the dates and locations of the event, the Evolution team was able to accommodate these changes and deliver the required scope of work within a very tight time frame. This included everything from Scenic custom-made items throughout the hotel premises to restaurant parties and a visit by Dubai’s HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Despite the challenges, the Evolution team was able to conquer and deliver the event to perfection. The client was thrilled with the final result, which was a testament to the team's dedication and hard work. Atlantis The Royal is a luxurious off-shoot of the Atlantis brand of hotel chains, seeking to impress and adopt a new demographic looking for a high-end staycation experience.
Evolution Live Events Management was appointed as the agency of choice to organize a guided tour for VVIP's to exhibit the hotel's progress and provide a glimpse of the final product to investors and high net worth individuals alike. The venue posed unique challenges, specifically a lack of rigging support, its continued operation as a construction site and taking extreme precautions to protect the high end finishing where necessary. All scenic elements were fabricated in record time and installed as per the client's requested schedule. These included the production of a main stage, freestanding exhibition panels. In addition to this, Evolution's scope included managing on-site guest registration, a photo-booth activation and live performers. Evolution Live Event Management was tasked with producing the first ADNOC Onshore TechRoad Awards at the ADNOC Business Centre. The event was meant to celebrate the contributions of those supporting and advancing technology adoption and innovation culture. The Technology Showcase in the lobby of the venue featured several innovative technologies, each with its own stand complete with a presentation screen and prototypes on display.
The main stage agenda included speeches from the CEO of ADNOC Onshore and a TED Talk by motivational speaker Nader Sabry, followed by the awards ceremony. The production team at Evolution Live Events was responsible for designing and producing the main stage, as well as providing AVL equipment and screen content animations to support the MC during the ceremony. They also handled the setup of the pre-function showcase and provided photo and video coverage of the event. The main goal of the TechRoad Awards was to encourage attendees to adopt the TechRoad platform, and the team at Evolution Live Events worked hard to create an engaging and thought-provoking event that achieved this objective. Through their careful planning and execution, they were able to deliver a successful event that met the needs of their client and exceeded the expectations of attendees. Evolution Live Event Management was responsible for producing the ADNOC 100X Accelerate Forum at the ADNOC Business Center. The forum was organized to discuss ways to accelerate the company's growth and development.
One major challenge faced by the production team was the tight timeline for the event. It was held just two days after the Emirati Women's Day event, and the team was tasked with rebranding and recycling the entire setup from that event to fit the identity of the 100X Accelerate Forum. Despite the challenges, the production team was able to complete the job successfully. They were able to repurpose the existing setup, incorporating new branding and design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing event space. The team's hard work and proactive approach were key to their success in delivering the event on such a short timeline. The client was extremely satisfied with the final result, praising the production team for their fast and efficient work. The ADNOC 100X Accelerate Forum was a resounding success, and the team's efforts were a major contributing factor to the event's success. On August 28th, Evolution Live Event Management was tasked with delivering an event for our client ADNOC to celebrate Emirati Women's Day. The event was held at the ADNOC Business Centre, with the main lobby and Murban Hall serving as the primary event spaces.

MARIAM BINT OMRAN SCHOOL AL BAYRAQ SCHOOL AL NAHDHA SCHOOL Evolution Live Events Management was tasked with refurbishing and renovating three public schools in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain that had come under a new management - New Century Education (NCE).
Our focus was on creating modern and inspirational learning environment for the schools. and we worked closely with the NCE team in implementing their brand guidelines into curriculum based graphics. Evolution’s design team created a variety of graphics that depict different subjects related to the school's curriculum, such as science, history, Math or literature. Implementing these helped create cohesive and engaging environment for students, and served as a learning tool by providing additional information and context about the subjects being taught. All the graphics were installed in the school corridors. The overall fit-out was designed to brighten up the spaces as the existing structure was very dull and dark. We refreshed the space by adding birch ply cladded walls and provided new custom furniture for the different spaces. Renovation process involved a variety of improvements, including the fit out of existing spaces such as a library, theater, reception, open area, and meeting rooms and included installing/updating the necessary infrastructure, finishes, and fixtures to make these spaces functional and attractive. This included upgrading flooring, lighting and custom furniture. Overall, the school renovation project was a complex and time-consuming undertaking, but it had a significant impact on the learning environment and experience of students and staff. The Evolution team carefully planned and executed the renovations to create functional, attractive, and inspiring space that supports the needs and goals of the New Century Education system. Evolution Live Event Management was appointed to produce a Ramadan themed event for Four Seasons Resort Dubai. The client brief sought to create a stand out piece for their in-house guests that would usher in the auspicious month while encouraging repeat visitation for iftar and suhoor.
Evolution's design team relied on traditional Islamic patterns & motifs to create a stunning fit-out design that was visually striking and culturally relevant. Post fabrication of all scenic elements in Evolution's in-house Scenic department, one of the key issues faced during the installation was the level of noise experienced by guests during their stay at the hotel. In order to mitigate this, our production team worked closely with the hotel management to ensure a clear plan of action for the installation, complete with scheduling the work around the busiest times of the day and communicating regularly with hotel staff to address unforeseen issues that were anticipated pre-emptively by our experienced team and addressed accordingly. The National Service Career Fair is organized in collaboration with the UAE armed forces as an exhibition that seeks to open channels of communication between graduates from the national & reservice service in the armed forces and exhibitors from government and private sectors to find job opportunities or further pursue education.
Evolution Live Events Management worked in tandem with ADNOC's Technical Academy (ATA*) to design, fabricate, install an exhibition stand complete with in-built AV equipment, on-site guest registration capabilities, photo booth & quiz activation. The entire project was fabricated & executed in 3 working days post design approval. Our team worked relentlessly with the exhibition organizers to ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation was submitted in-time to ensure ATA's participation in this crucial exhibition. *ATA - ADNOC Technical Academy is focused on providing comprehensive training and development programs for UAE youth and ADNOC employees, with the goal of building technical capabilities and skills and preparing them for careers in the oil and gas industry. The 30-month training program you mentioned sounds like it includes a mix of theoretical studies, hands-on experiences, and on-the-job training, which can provide a well-rounded education and prepare trainees for their careers. Evolution's Production Team was tasked with facilitating an event for the UK Pavilion in Expo City. The event aimed to showcase the different types of produce, specifically cheese from the United Kingdom in an engaging way. The evening's proceedings included a variety of cheese tasting, pairing demonstrations and educational sessions on the production & history of different types of cheese.
The designs were produced by Bray Leino on behalf of the UK pavilion, with Evolution fabricating all scenic requirements for this installation as per the client's specifications. All items were custom-made and brought to life with a premium selection of materials and finishings. Other key elements from Evolution included furniture rental, panel discussion areas & catering. Evolution's Production Team was tasked with enhancing existing outdoor space at the UK Pavilion in Expo City to mark the celebration of UK National Day. Our solution for this endeavor was to create living walls around the entire venue, using lush flora to decorate metal mesh walls, floor stickers and a red carpet were also employed to guide attendees towards the main entrances and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Other key elements included sourcing & supervising live performers, providing plinths and other seating from our existing Furniture catalogue while customizing a few pieces specific to the Union Jack colors. |
