QUDWA TEACHER'S FORUM

The Qudwa Global Teachers’ Forum brought together over 800 teachers from across the globe at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.

Under the support of the Education Affairs Office within the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, the forum aimed to empower educators and shape the future of education. The event featured the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development.

Evolution transformed the expansive Emirates Palace into a dynamic and engaging venue, delivering a fully customized event environment that aligned with the forum’s mission to inspire and empower educators.

Comprehensive Event Production and Management

• Designed and built a new venue inside the ballroom, featuring six breakout rooms with fully customized stages and backdrops, in addition to three breakout rooms in other spaces across the venue.
• Managed the auditorium setup for the main conference, creating a professional and impactful environment.
• Lined the corridors with custom infographics, showcasing insights and key takeaways for attendees, and created custom buffet setups for break times.
• Furnished the outdoor terraces with custom furniture for a unique and memorable lunch experience.
• Managed all AVL production to the highest standard, ensuring seamless presentations and impactful visuals.
• Coordinated all delegate logistics, including the travel of 800 international guests and offsite trips to showcase Abu Dhabi’s tourist attractions.
• Oversaw all content from speakers, ensuring consistency and alignment with the event’s themes and goals.
• Paid attention to every detail, from custom floral arrangements to branded event elements, ensuring a cohesive and elegant experience.
• Created and developed the Qudwa brand, applying it seamlessly across all elements of the forum, from signage to materials and digital platforms.
