For the Korean State Visit held in November 2025, Evolution was appointed to manage performer and animal logistics for the official ceremonies at Qasr Al Watan.

The scope required discreet coordination, strict adherence to state protocol, and precise operational control to support a high-level diplomatic programme.

Performer & Animal Logistics, Operations & Show Management:

• Performer Screening & Transportation – Managed performer screening and coordinated transportation from Zayed Sports City to Qasr Al Watan, ensuring secure and timely movement in line with protocol requirements.
• Back of House Operations – Utilised Emirates Palace as the central BOH hub, supporting rehearsals, holding areas, stables coordination, and overall logistical planning.
• Animal Operations – Oversaw camel farm and stable management, ensuring welfare, safety, and readiness throughout rehearsals and live ceremonial moments.
• On-Ground Show Management – Controlled performer line-ups, internal routing, and movement sequencing within the palace, managing entrances, exits, and transitions with precise timing and discretion.

Through detailed planning and disciplined execution, Evolution delivered a smooth and controlled operational framework for the Korean State Visit.
