Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Al Wathba Tribal Parade was a large-scale cultural event delivered in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, requiring extensive site infrastructure, crowd facilities, and coordinated operations.

Evolution was appointed to build and manage the full event infrastructure, supporting guests, performers, tribes, and on-ground crews throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Site Infrastructure, Operations & Event Management:

• Grandstand Structures – Delivered and managed multiple grandstand installations, including a tribal grandstand accommodating 5,400 guests, alongside VVIP and public grandstands with a combined capacity of 6,170 guests.
• Back of House Compound – Designed and developed a comprehensive BOH area to support approximately 8,000 personnel, including performers, tribal participants, and operational crews.
• Facilities & Amenities – Supplied and coordinated toilet units, office cabins, performer compounds, furniture, and support infrastructure across the site.
• Power & Technical Systems – Delivered full site-wide power distribution, including generators, cable routing, diesel supply, AVL systems, and lighting support.
• Transport & Mobility – Managed transport buggies and internal site movement to support efficient operations across the large event footprint.
• Branding & Supplier Coordination – Oversaw branding implementation and managed tent suppliers for performer and tribal areas, ensuring consistency and operational readiness.
• Site-Wide Operations – Managed perimeter security, fencing, water and sewage systems, skips, and overall supplier coordination to maintain safety, functionality, and compliance.

Delivering a High-Capacity Cultural Event:
Through structured planning, long-term site build, and detailed on-site management, Evolution delivered a fully operational venue capable of supporting a major cultural event.

The project demonstrated Evolution’s ability to manage scale, complexity, and operational efficiency while maintaining safety and performance standards throughout the event.
