From November 29 to December 1, 2024, the Saudi Tourism Authority participated as a sponsor of the Emirates Dubai 7s event, hosting guests in their bespoke Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent and Welcome Tent.

Evolution, commissioned by Falcon & Associates, was tasked with designing and delivering these spaces to provide an exceptional guest experience that reflected the prestige of the Saudi Tourism Authority.

Evolution delivered a premium fit-out for the Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent in the VIP Communal Garden, creating an inviting and luxurious environment that far exceeded the expectations of a typical tent structure. In addition, branding and design for the Welcome Tent at the VIP entrance and welcome area ensured a cohesive and visually stunning presence for Visit Saudi across the event.

• Designed and executed the interior fit-out for the Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent, focusing on creating a high-end environment that disguised the fact it was within a tent structure.
• Supplied and installed technical equipment to support a seamless guest experience within the Hospitality Tent.
