In December 2021, Expo 2020 Dubai was transformed into XMAS @ EXPO, delivering a magical festive experience for families and visitors.

From the iconic 20-meter Christmas tree to immersive workshops and bespoke scenic elements, the event captured the joy and whimsy of the season with a thoughtfully designed and cohesive guest journey.

Comprehensive Festive Design and Management

• Designed and delivered a fully immersive festive experience, featuring:
  • Store-lined boulevards with enchanting chalets offering festive treats and merchandise.
  • Bespoke festive décor, including two giant nutcrackers at the entrance and the iconic Opti-Robot adorned with reindeer antlers.
  • Interactive activity workshops and family-friendly experiences, including a climbing wall and festive crafts.
  • A magical Santa’s House and immersive workshop with jolly elves, serving as the centerpiece of the event.
• Coordinated site support, event management, and vendor coordination to seamlessly integrate over several weeks of continuous activities.
• Delivered bespoke scenic elements that created a cohesive and enchanting festive atmosphere across the Expo site.
