ADSW - YOUTH CIRCLE

The sixth edition of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), held from January 13–20, 2018, focused on the theme Driving the Global Energy Transformation.

The Youth Circle event opened on January 15 in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who emphasized the importance of youth engagement in shaping a sustainable future.

As part of this initiative, the Youth Circle was hosted at the ADSW VIP Majlis in ICC Hall in collaboration with ADSW and the Ministry of Youth Affairs. Students from across the Emirates participated in discussions aimed at fostering youth involvement in sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.

Deliverables for a Youth-Focused Sustainability Event

• Delivered overall event management, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Designed and built the stage setup to create an engaging and professional environment for discussions.
• Provided comprehensive branding to align with ADSW’s theme and focus on youth.
• Managed all technical elements, including video coverage, to ensure a polished and impactful event experience.
• Supplied high-quality furniture to create a comfortable and inclusive space for participants.

Through meticulous planning and execution, Evolution transformed the Youth Circle into a vibrant and inspiring platform that highlighted the vital role of youth in driving global energy transformation and sustainability.
