Our scenic department has extensive experience in the installation of large format print and fabric branding, prioritising the highest quality of finish by carefully selecting appropriate materials and textures for each brand application.
Our furniture department stocks a wide range of high quality, bespoke furniture, which we take pride in ensuring is meticulously cared for and delivered to you in pristine condition. Quotations and visualisations for custom pieces are available upon request.
Our Site Services Department provides safe and efficient delivery of site management services, ensuring all site-related operations follow international best practices and adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
Our project managers act as a single point of contact for our clients throughout the production of each event, coordinating requirements across our in-house departments for scenic, technical and furniture rental.
Our experienced team of designers conceptualize event experiences, create brand identities, artwork , develop customized event content and produce detailed construction drawings and site plans for our events.
Evolution was established in 2005 with a vision of creating a bespoke production agency offering a high end rental division.
From our roots as a small team of passionate and dedicated event professionals, working together collaboratively to produce events with a dedication to quality, creativity and value, the company has grown exponentially over the past decade, expanding its facilities to become one of the most comprehensive providers of special events services in the region.
Evolution now employs over 60 staff across six departments, with our production facilities and head office based in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai.
During the past 12 years Evolution has managed over 400 events across the UAE and GCC region, from the everyday to the exceptional, we’ve been flown to remote islands, shown empty swathes of land in the desert that need to be miraculously transformed, created unimaginable private events and are regularly asked to pull off the near-impossible at the very last minute.

With 22 years of experience, Caroline has played a major role in a number of large-scale events within the GCC, building solid experience in project management & operations, financial reporting, protocol liaison, site planning and venue coordination, logistics and personnel as well as contingency planning and management.
As Evolution's General Manager, with more than 24 years of experience in the events industry specialising in technical production, Dave knows how to effectively and meticulously manage event production.
Lambo's position as Head of Finance for Evolution places him in a key role in our projects, facilitating transparent accounting systems on large events whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency with all client accounts. He ensures that all projects are finalised professionally and consistently.
Drew oversees our Production team with an emphasis on providing clients with the most intelligent, straightforward and friendly project management experience possible. His experience in creative conceptualisation along with production knowledge combine to drive events which are always original in design but practical in application.
Annalize has been involved with Evolution before the company even had a name. Her many years of experience working within the events industry in the UAE guides her exceptional eye for designing every detail of furniture and the logistical requirements of each piece's installation.
With over 26 years of experience and the successful completion of countless projects Jason has the ability to effectively manage his team, listen to and incorporate their ideas and help implement the changes necessary for successful completion of any event.
Calvin ensures that any project he's involved in delivers captivating, immersive experiences and explores creating innovative solutions that resolve the gap between creative fantasy and practical reality.
Vishnu is one of the leading scenic specialists in his field in the UAE, with over 40 awards during his 25 years in the set and stage business. His creative flair and problem solving skills enable his team to produce stunning stage sets and scenery elements with the unique and exemplary finish that has become the trademark of Evolution.
Hana is renowned for her acute attention to detail and knowledge of fabrics, which makes her the go-to person for all drapery requirements. Whether stage fabrics, screens or furniture coverings, her detail oreintated attitude and hands-on apporach on site ensure the highest quality of finish is achieved on every event.
Angela is a Talent Management specialist who is adept at problem solving, employee relations as well as end to end employee lifecycle management. Angela has more than 8 years of experience in the services industry, and has been involved in a 360 HR and organisational development.
Bjørn is a key member of the production team, having become a fixture in many of Evolution’s flagship events due to his highly practical and focused approach. Bjorn regularly spearheads projects ranging from conferences to large outdoor productions and is experienced at managing high profile events.
With over 20 years in the industry, Vladimir is a multi-disciplinary creative who has produced a great number of widely recognized large – scale events for top government entities and major global brands. Excels in developing disruptive and engaging creative concepts as well as big ideas applicable across both live events and digital platform.
Graduated in Languages and Communication with a major in Chinese, Valentina has 10 years of experience in Events Management in Europe and Asia. Strong communication skills and meticulousattention to details are just some of the skills that drove her to deliver successful projects, from large – scale meetings to VIP exclusive events.
Louai is a highly energetic and motivated architect/project manager with a practical approach to creative design. His 10 years’ experience of working on all projects at all stages has gained him extensive experience related to design, production, installation and QC aspects. You will be as likely to see him dressed in a blazer at a meeting as with a hard hat on site.
Pracheta loves to deliver events that the public will remember and enjoy thinking of even after they have left. She has a strong understanding of the many different facets of site and event production from inception through to delivery.
Carlos is a talented illustrator and graphic designer with over 6 years of experience producing conceptual designs for our events. With a broad knowledge of design software and exceptional skills as a hand sketch and digital artist Carlos focuses on experience and maximum impact for all events he designs.
Bugsy is passionate about brands, throughout his 6 years of experience, the client’s brand personality, messaging and values have always been at the heart of his designs. By carefully evaluating his approach and prioritising the key elements and requirements of each project, he ensures results that are both creative and professional.
Mark is a passionate designer that spearheaded creative development of some of the most beautiful and successful projects across the UAE and GCC. He brings an extreme focus and attention to detail to all his projects resulting in continuous growth.
Mansoor's expertise focuses on digital illustration, logo and brand development, collateral design and artworking. With an eye for creating impactful campaigns whilst ensuring brand compliance and accuracy of messaging, his experience positions him as a key member of the design team when brainstorming conceptual ideas for projects.
Mishal is a talented designer, passionate for technology, innovation and the latest in cutting-edge event solutions, positioning him in a key role in conceptualisation and design of projects. With his detailed approach and extensive on-site knowledge of structural installation, printwork and scenic finishing, Mishal creates intelligent and imaginative designs.
Richin is a skilled graphic designer with the ability to move between software platforms seamlessly to achieve the best result for our clients. He approaches design the same way he attacks the gym, always pushing forward to get to a higher level of excellence.
Andrei is a detail orientated designer, who enjoys conceptualizing ideas and creating practical solutions for each project at hand. His background and experience with high end fit-outs ensures that all concepts are designed with a realistic approach and awareness to the suitability of the final design and end product.
Marko is a talented, energetic and enthusiastic individual, with extensive experience in Event Management & Event Planning. He is committed, hardworking, dedicated, decisive and always striving for excellence.
An Architect by education, techno-savvy by choice and an upbeat Projects Manager by profession. Mah Noor treats furniture selection as an art form to bring just the right atmosphere and attitude to any room.
Ruwan is a skilled illustrator with more than 10 years of experience in brand development, print media and managing graphics for production. Ruwan's detailed and methodical approach to print finalisation combined with his flair for creating stunning illustrations, collateral and packaging designs ensure an exceptional finished product.
Bikram is a calm and focused Project Manager who has a keen eye for texture, colour and form. With a clear understanding of how to fit out space, Bikram is adept at installing striking interiors and producing technical drawings required making him an asset during both the creative and production phases of a project.
Alex has a creative eye and practical nature, enabling him to translate theoretical design concepts into hard reality in his position as senior draughtsman. His skills across a range of design software and his meticulous attention to detail ensure accurate and functional build drawings, site plans and structural designs for our events.
Chandra is an excellent team player who always offers insightful solutions to logistical and layout challenges. He has moved hundreds of sofas to upper levels of buildings without lifts, he has laid out thousands of of chairs to spaced to the millimetre.
As a lead member of the Furniture department Nuwan is diligent when it comes to storage and transportation as well as running smooth installations and derigs . He's the 'warehouse king' and has memorised all furniture codes allowing him to produce items from the stacks within moments for clients to inspect in person for use in their events.
Chinthaka or 'Cheeta' as he is known by everyone at Evolution works as a reliable rigger and ground support provider. Specifically delivering Qasar Al Hosn, National Day, Mother of the Nation, Al Wathba and Qudwa.
Gayan is a skilled lighting technician and remains one of the most helpful and selfless members of the Evolution team. He is always on hand to offer an ingenious fix for a piece of malfunctioning equipment, to help push flight cases, or just give you a lift back home. Gayan puts everything he has into each event he works on and does it with a smile.
Jorge has a background as a stage technician on the club circuit which he did for five years completing the installation of Audio & Video systems throughout his home country of the Philippines.
As the Head of Audio in Evolution Randy is a creative and innovative sound engineer who has provided technical support for a variety of performance types, skilled at using all of the latest technology, comprehensive technical schemes for different type of events.
Ricky has worked in the events industry for 15 years. He used to work as a Audio, Lighting and Video Installer for local artists in Philippines. He's been here in the UAE with Evolution for more than 9 years working as a Senior Lighting Technician and is one of the long-standing members of our technical team.
Dinuka's 10 years of event experience within the field of rigging and events, and recent few years mainly managed rigging department and technical crew, as a technical crew chief.
Tata has been in the events industry for over 18 years having worked in the Phililppines, KSA and now the UAE. He has worked his way through every job there is in lighting as crew, operator, crew manager, technician, assistant lighting director and many more in between! He's successfully countless delivered royal weddings & corporate events.
