The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood organized a number of educational and artistic workshops in celebration of the Emirati Children’s Day & honoured the winners of The Supreme Council for Motherhood & Childhood’s bullying prevention award.
The main objective of the event was to celebrate and create fun and educational activities and workshops for kids. Evolution provided the design and production of the festival area and the space for the awards ceremony. The Festival area featured a tent for multiple workshops along with an outdoor area setup for F&B, seating and outdoor activities. The Award Ceremony was held in a conference center and featured a main stage with backdrop and seating for 200pax. The production and set-up took place in a very short time frame, however we managed to deliver the event successfully, working on solutions that could be ensured to be delivered in the timeframe. |
