GRAND REVEAL ATLANTIS THE ROYAL

​The grand opening of the Atlantis The Royal on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah was a highly-anticipated event that took place from January 20th to 22nd, 2023. Evolution Live Event Management was tasked with overseeing the planning and execution of the invite-only mega-event, which featured VIP guests and A-list celebrities.

Despite facing multiple delays and changes in the dates and locations of the event, the Evolution team was able to accommodate these changes and deliver the required scope of work within a very tight time frame. This included everything from Scenic custom-made items throughout the hotel premises to restaurant parties and a visit by Dubai’s HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Despite the challenges, the Evolution team was able to conquer and deliver the event to perfection. The client was thrilled with the final result, which was a testament to the team's dedication and hard work. Overall, the Atlantis The Royal grand opening was a successful event that showcased the capabilities and expertise of the Evolution Live Event Management team.
