Sandooq Al Watan, 'Nation's Fund', a national initiative launched by UAE businessmen with an aim to develop the UAE’s human capital and contribute to the building of a sustainable knowledge economy. Every year Sandooq Al Watan with the presence of HH Mohamed bin Zayed honours its supporters.
The event was named “Barzatkum” as it took place during a Sea Palace Barza. It was a private event for 160 guests including HH, VVIP, CEOs of private companies and businessmen. To design and produce an interactive conference space with a main plenary for 160 guests and an awarding ceremony for them. Further to providing scenic elements, technical elements and overall spatial planning, bespoke trophies, the client requested a bespoke gallery feature to honor the supporters of youth development fund. The planning and design process was managed by a dedicated team consisting of a Project Manager, a Design Manager and support staff from Evolution’s Design, Projects, and Production Departments. Having a dedicated team managing the process ensured that all changes and developments were conducted without issues and delays. Evolution provided the overall event management services for the event including all branding, design, scenic and furniture. The layout and design was required to tie in with the existing Sea Palace architecture in a modern and contemporary but simplistic format suitable to the venue and high-profile attendees. |
