MAKE IT IN THE EMIRATES FORUM

Evolution Services delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution for the second Make it in the Emirates Forum, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology. Our involvement spanned various aspects, from concept design and show production to the integration of innovative technologies and the management of exhibition areas and essential ceremonies. 

Our highly experienced team worked diligently to create a concept that seamlessly aligned with the forum's objectives. This process involved strategic planning and ideation to ensure a cohesive and impactful event experience. Additionally, our team provided full AV and Technical Support, ensuring that every technical aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. Conference design and show production were another critical component of our contribution.  Coordinating all elements of show production, from managing lighting and sound to addressing various audiovisual requirements, our comprehensive approach ensured that the forum's content was presented with the utmost professionalism and clarity. Incorporating innovative technologies, our focus was on enhancing attendee engagement and delivering visually striking experiences. 


Another significant responsibility we undertook was the management of the "Make it in the Emirates" exhibition area. This area was designed and executed meticulously to accommodate six diamond sponsors and thirty other sponsors. Our team ensured that the exhibition area was not only visually appealing but also functionally efficient, offering an ideal platform for sponsors to showcase their contributions.
