• CyTaka Cyber Championship

A global live-hacking competition with prizes of up to US$100,000 delivered from award to completed venue build in one week.

For the second consecutive year, Evolution delivered the CyTaka World Cyber Championship in Dubai, bringing coders from around the world together for a live hacking competition with cash prizes of up to US$100,000.

The defining challenge was the timeline. Evolution was awarded the project one week before the event, with the physical build completed in less than a day. The delivery approach therefore needed to focus on the essential elements that would make the competition feel credible, energetic and ready for live participation despite the compressed schedule.

Rather than allowing the limited timeframe to compromise the experience, Evolution structured the project around rapid decision-making, coordinated stakeholder management and efficient onsite execution, creating a competition environment that was ready for participants, judges and live audiences.

    The Challenge

A global competition of this scale required the physical environment to reflect the precision and intensity of the challenge itself. Participants needed a setting that matched the significance of the competition, while the client required confidence that every operational dependency could be coordinated within a matter of days rather than weeks.

With less than 24 hours available for the build, the delivery process allowed minimal margin for sequencing errors, delayed procurement or unclear responsibilities between teams. Every decision needed to support rapid execution while protecting the quality of the final experience.

Interactive digital touch screen allowing fans to browse player stats and match brackets

    The Solution

Evolution established a dedicated project and production management structure to create a clear decision-making process from appointment through to show day. Concepts were assessed against the available time, resources and technical requirements, ensuring only achievable solutions progressed into production.

Stakeholder coordination focused on rapid approvals, clear ownership and a sequenced build plan that enabled the venue transformation to be completed in under a day. Logistics and production planning became part of the creative approach, ensuring every element arrived, was installed and operated in the correct sequence.

The completed environment gave the live hacker competition a dynamic and professional setting without revealing the compressed delivery timeline behind it. Evolution then managed the event through live operations, maintaining continuity from final preparations through to competition delivery.

    Delivery Highlights

    • Second consecutive CyTaka World Cyber Championship delivered by Evolution.
    • Global live-hacking competition with prizes of up to US$100,000.
    • Project awarded one week before the event date.
    • Venue build completed in less than 24 hours.
    • Dedicated project and production management.

Evolution Technical dynamic lighting rig illuminating arena stage with dramatic blue and purple spotlights

    Outcome

The completed environment carried the energy and credibility of a global competition without revealing the compressed delivery timeline behind it. Participants and attendees experienced a fully resolved live event rather than a compromise created by limited preparation time.

The success of the project came from focused decision-making and disciplined production management, concentrating time and resources on the elements that most influenced competition readiness, participant confidence and the quality of the live experience.

  • UAE Food Bank Launch

Two symbolic Doors of the Future and an interactive central screen turned the UAE Food Bank’s strategy into a visitor journey at the World Government Summit.

At the World Government Summit from 13 to 15 February 2023, the UAE Food Bank launched a new strategy focused on reducing food waste and expanding its global impact. Evolution was appointed to design and deliver an interactive stand at Madinat Jumeirah.

The challenge was fundamentally editorial: strategic pillars, past achievements and future goals needed to become understandable within the brief attention span of a summit visitor.

Evolution organised the experience around two symbolic Doors of the Future, allowing the stand to communicate progress and ambition through a physical journey rather than a dense information display.

    The Challenge

The stand needed to attract attention within the World Government Summit while treating food waste and humanitarian impact with appropriate seriousness. Visitors had to understand the core story quickly, but also have a reason to pause and engage more deeply.

The experience also needed to move beyond awareness. Donation and volunteering opportunities had to be integrated naturally so the strategy could lead directly into personal action.

Interactive exhibition booth demonstrating food distribution logistics and cold-chain technology

    The Solution

Evolution designed and built two principal installations. The Food Industry Door represented progress in reducing waste across food and manufacturing sectors, while the Global Door expressed the ambition to broaden the organisation's reach internationally.

These symbolic structures gave the strategy a memorable spatial form and created a clear route through the stand. Their meaning could be understood visually, then expanded through supporting content.

A central screen presented future plans and enabled visitors to explore ways to donate or volunteer. The interactive layer converted the stand from a statement about the UAE Food Bank into a point of direct engagement with its mission.

Modern materials, technology and graphic storytelling were integrated into one visual narrative, keeping the organisation's achievements, strategic direction and call to action connected throughout the visitor experience.

    Delivery Highlights

    • Strategy launch at the World Government Summit, 13-15 February 2023.
    • Interactive stand at Madinat Jumeirah.
    • Food Industry Door representing waste-reduction achievements.
    • Global Door expressing international ambition.
    • Central screen presenting future plans.
    • Interactive donation and volunteering opportunities.
    • Integrated spatial, graphic and digital storytelling.
Evolution Events UAE Food Bank pavilion at the World Government Summit

    Outcome

The stand turned an organisational strategy into a sequence visitors could see, enter and act upon. The two doors clarified the relationship between proven impact and future ambition, while the central screen connected that story to donation and volunteering.

Within a content-dense summit, the UAE Food Bank gained a focal experience that made its mission accessible without reducing its complexity.

  • Emirati Children’s Day

A safe and energetic festival combining hands-on workshops, outdoor family activity and a formal awards ceremony for 200 guests.

The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood celebrated Emirati Children's Day 2019 at Umm Al Emarat Park in Abu Dhabi. The programme combined educational and artistic workshops with family activities, before recognising the winners of the Council's Bullying Prevention Award in a separate ceremony.

The event needed to transition between two distinct experiences. The first was a child-focused environment designed for exploration, creativity and participation, with colourful spaces that encouraged families to engage with workshops and activities. The second was a formal awards ceremony requiring a more structured setting for recognition, presentations and official proceedings

Evolution developed both experiences within a short production period, using practical design and clear spatial planning to connect learning, play and celebration.

    The Challenge

Children's events must balance energy with safety, supervision and intuitive movement. Multiple workshops, food and beverage, seating and activities needed to coexist outdoors without creating confusion for children or families.

The awards ceremony introduced a second venue and a different tone, with a custom stage backdrop and seating for 200 attendees. Both environments had to be delivered quickly while maintaining appropriate finish and functionality.

Emirati Children’s Day entrance arch with purple cloud-shaped branding, framed by blurred UAE flag decorations

    The Solution

At Umm Al Emarat Park, Evolution created a festival area organised around a workshop tent and an outdoor activity zone. The layout gave the educational and artistic sessions a clear home while leaving sufficient space for food service, seating and child-focused activities.

The design used colour and accessible visual cues to make the environment welcoming, while the arrangement supported supervision and safe movement between activities. Furniture and guest facilities were integrated around the workshop programme rather than added as separate service areas.

For the Bullying Prevention Award, Evolution produced a conference-centre ceremony with a main stage, custom backdrop and seating for 200 guests. The more composed setting gave the winners an appropriate moment of recognition while remaining connected to the wider purpose of Emirati Children's Day.

Efficient production planning allowed both environments to be designed, installed and operated within the compressed timeline.

    Delivery Highlights

    • Festival environment at Umm Al Emarat Park.
    • Workshop tent supporting educational and artistic activities.
    • Outdoor family zone with food and beverage, seating and children's activities.
    • Safe and accessible spatial planning for children and families.
    • Awards ceremony with custom stage backdrop and seating for 200 attendees.
    • Fast-track design, production and live delivery across two settings.

Main performance stage featuring vibrant LED video screens and interactive children's show set

    Outcome

Emirati Children's Day gave families a varied experience without losing clarity. Children could move between workshops, activities and shared spaces, while the awards programme created a distinct moment of achievement and recognition.

The combination of playful festival design and formal ceremony allowed the event to celebrate both participation and positive behaviour within one meaningful day.

  • ADNOC Emirati Women’s Day 2023

A fourth consecutive ADNOC celebration connecting two locations through stage design, participatory workshops, interactive photography and coordinated show production.

On 28 August 2023, ADNOC celebrated Emirati Women’s Day at Abu Dhabi Energy Center and Al Dhannah under the theme We Collaborate for Tomorrow. The programme recognised the contributions of Emirati women through a combination of dialogue, interactive experiences and shared moments of celebration.

For the fourth consecutive year, Evolution was responsible for concept development and delivery. The addition of a new location made consistency a key consideration: guests at both venues needed to experience the same theme, quality and programme identity while allowing each environment to respond to its own audience and spatial requirements.

Evolution developed the event as a connected guest experience, combining stage environments with workshops, interactive photography, networking areas, themed food and beverage and coordinated show content.

    The Challenge

A dual-location celebration can easily become two separate events. Design, content and programme flow needed to maintain a consistent ADNOC identity across both venues, while allowing each location to respond to its own space, audience and operational requirements.

The theme also needed to be expressed through participation rather than observation alone. Guests needed opportunities to engage, create, share and connect, ensuring collaboration became part of the experience rather than simply a message delivered through speeches and presentations.

Interactive digital pledge wall where attendees write personal empowering messages

    The Solution

Evolution designed and produced stage and décor elements across Abu Dhabi Energy Center and Al Dhannah, creating a consistent visual identity that connected both locations while responding to their individual environments.

The Bead of Excellence workshop transformed recognition into a shared participation moment, while interactive photo booths encouraged guests to capture and share their experience. Networking sessions and workshops created further opportunities for discussion and engagement around the theme of collaboration.

Creative food and beverage concepts extended the event identity into hospitality, ensuring the theme continued beyond formal programme areas. Content management and showcalling coordinated the sequence of activities across both locations, maintaining consistency in timing, messaging and guest experience.

Evolution also supplied the technical equipment required for presentations, workshops and interactive elements, integrating scenic, technical and participatory components into one coordinated event delivery

    Delivery Highlights

    • Fourth consecutive ADNOC Emirati Women's Day delivered by Evolution.
    • Simultaneous event environments at Abu Dhabi Energy Center and Al Dhannah.
    • Stage design and décor across both locations.
    • Bead of Excellence participatory workshop.
    • Interactive photo booths and networking sessions.
    • Creative food and beverage concepts.
    • Content management, showcalling and full technical equipment.
Attendees walking through illuminated entrance portal featuring Emirati Women's Day signage built by Evolution Events

    Outcome

The two locations delivered one recognisable ADNOC celebration. Guests engaged with the theme through participation, conversation, photography and shared experiences, allowing collaboration to be experienced through multiple touchpoints rather than communicated only through the programme content.

Coordinated show production and technical delivery kept both programmes aligned, ensuring the event maintained a consistent identity while responding to the unique characteristics of each location.

  • Hilton Immersive Experience

Hilton’s 30,000-square-foot Dubai head office transformed into a playful promotional journey through installations, digital interaction and branded detail.

Working with WeAre3Fold, Evolution transformed Hilton's 30,000-square-foot Dubai head office into an immersive promotional experience. The project used the workplace itself as the activation canvas, combining brand storytelling with a free-stay raffle and interactive features.

The creative opportunity was to make a familiar office feel temporarily unexpected without losing the refinement associated with Hilton. Rather than concentrating the activation in one room, installations and branded moments were distributed through the workspace, allowing discovery to build as visitors moved through it.

Evolution managed design, execution, procurement, logistics and launch-day operations, turning the activation from a collection of props into a coordinated journey through the brand.

    The Challenge

A live head office cannot be treated like an empty event venue. Installations needed to create impact within an existing workplace while remaining appropriate to its architecture, movement patterns and professional environment.

Hilton's identity also contains a useful tension: playful enough to support a raffle and digital interaction, but premium enough that every finish and detail had to remain controlled.

Interactive digital experiences creating memorable visitor engagement during Hilton's Dubai brand activation

    The Solution

Evolution developed a series of workspace installations that introduced the Hilton identity through varied forms. Custom photo props and artistic backdrops encouraged participation, while bespoke neon signage created recognisable visual markers through the office.

A custom interactive book screen added a digital layer to the journey, giving visitors a more active way to encounter promotional content. The technology was integrated within the physical storytelling rather than presented as an isolated screen experience.

Signage and smaller branded details maintained continuity between the major installations. This allowed the 30,000-square-foot environment to feel connected even though guests encountered the activation in stages.

Procurement, logistics and launch-day operations were coordinated with Weare3Fold through one delivery plan, protecting both the creative quality of the installation and the practical requirements of the workplace.

    Delivery Highlights

    • Immersive activation across Hilton's 30,000-square-foot Dubai head office.
    • Promotional experience delivered in collaboration with Weare3Fold.
    • Free-stay raffle integrated into the wider activation.
    • Custom photo props, neon signage and artistic backdrops.
    • Bespoke interactive book screen and digital engagement.
    • Custom signage and refined brand details across the workspace.
    • Procurement, logistics and launch-day operations.
Immersive Hilton brand experience transforming the company's Dubai headquarters into an interactive visitor journey

    Outcome

The office became an active promotional environment without losing the polish of the Hilton brand. Visitors encountered moments to look, interact, photograph and participate as they moved through a space they would normally experience as functional and familiar.

By distributing the story across physical and digital touchpoints, the activation created a sense of discovery that was proportionate to the scale of the workplace takeover.

  • HSBC Circle of Excellence

A brand-compliant event ecosystem at the Museum of the Future connecting exhibition, conference, sponsor engagement, executive networking and an immersive VIP VR experience.

In collaboration with MCM Creative Global, Evolution delivered HSBC's Circle of Excellence 2023 at the Museum of the Future. The event combined an exhibition area, sponsor stands, conference content, a VIP lounge with virtual reality and an executive networking environment.

The strategic challenge was to create variety without losing HSBC's identity or sustainability commitments. Each setting needed a distinct role in the attendee journey, but the materials, visual language and level of finish had to remain coherent throughout.

Evolution used scenic, technical and furniture solutions to build one event ecosystem in which learning, sponsorship, immersive engagement and senior networking could operate side by side.

    The Challenge

The Museum of the Future already carries a powerful architectural identity. Temporary event environments needed enough presence to guide and support guests without competing with the venue or appearing disconnected from it.

HSBC's brand requirements and sustainability objectives also needed to influence practical production decisions. Sponsor visibility, conference functionality, executive comfort and the VR activation all had to be delivered through a controlled material and design approach.

HSBC Circle of Excellence sponsor zone featuring digital screens, product displays and collaborative tables

    The Solution

Evolution designed and built exhibition and activation spaces in line with HSBC's brand guidelines, creating a consistent framework for sponsors and programme content. Scenic form and graphic treatment gave each area clarity while retaining a unified event identity.

Sustainable materials were used across scenic, technical and furniture elements, making environmental responsibility part of the physical response rather than an explanatory message added to the event.

The VIP environment combined an immersive VR experience with a comfortable executive networking lounge. Technology and furniture were planned together so the digital activation could create interest without undermining the hospitality and conversational function of the space.

Sponsor stands and conference areas balanced operational requirements with the same visual and material standards. Dedicated project management coordinated these environments through installation and live delivery at the landmark venue.

    Delivery Highlights

    • HSBC Circle of Excellence delivered with MCM Creative Global.
    • Event hosted at Dubai's Museum of the Future.
    • Exhibition area, sponsor stands and conference environment.
    • VIP lounge featuring an immersive VR experience.
